The Nexturn SA-B series features synchronous guide bushings, 7-axes and as many as 22 tools to handle bar diameters up to 32mm. C-axis contouring is available on both the main and sub-spindles. The main spindle of the 12B/20B/32B has 3/5/10 HP and 10K/8K/8K RPMs respectively, while the sub-spindle has 1.5/3/3 HP with a maximum of 10K/8K/8K RPMs respectively. Maximum turning length on the 3 models is 6.3″/8″/8″.
TRACER Hydrodynamic Magazine Bar Feeders are available in 12′ lengths. These bar feeders can be utilized on both fixed headstock and Swiss lathes. TRACER bar feeders are specifically designed to run material ranging from 0.8mm – 80mm. All TRACER products come with a patented LED external blue light display allowing operators easy and quick visual monitoring of remaining bar status and alarms.
